Jarvis from Zcalo — your AI chief of staff
Jarvis turns everything you say, hear and capture into a plan you can act on. It greets you, briefs you, ranks your day, records your meetings and follows through — so you only ever need to answer one question: what now?
What Jarvis does
- Always know the one thing to do now. A ranked next action with the reason it is next.
- Capture anything. Say it, paste it, screenshot it, or send a page from the browser side panel — nothing becomes a task until you accept it.
- Meetings become action items. Record, transcribe, and get owners and follow-ups out the other side.
- Time logs by voice. Talk through your day and Jarvis turns it into time logs on the right day, in your timezone.
- Coach, not cop. Morning plan, evening reflection, weekly review — at the times you set, in your timezone.
- Connectors. GitHub, GitLab and Jira issues arrive where the rest of your work lives.
- Accountability. Invite a mentor or manager to follow one focus area. Progress, not micromanagement.
Tell Jarvis your day. Get the time logs.
Talk through your day in order, the way you would tell a friend. No timers, no forms. Jarvis works out the start and end of each thing and files it against the right task.
Spoken to Jarvis: Last Friday I slept at 10 and woke up at 6. Went for a jog at 6:30,
came back at 7:30, had breakfast at 8:10, left for the office at 8:30, reached at 9:15
and started working.
What Jarvis records, filed under last Friday in your own timezone:
- Thursday 10:00 pm – 12:00 am · Daily Sleep (routine) — first half of the night
- Friday 12:00 am – 6:00 am · Daily Sleep (routine) — split at midnight automatically
- 6:00 – 6:30 am · Personal chores — the gap nobody mentioned, filled in
- 6:30 – 7:30 am · Daily Exercise (routine) — the jog
- 7:30 – 8:10 am · Personal chores — gap filled
- 8:10 – 8:30 am · Daily Food & Nutrition (routine) — breakfast runs until the next thing starts
- 8:30 – 9:15 am · Commute
- 9:15 am onwards · Work — still open; Jarvis asks when it ended rather than guessing
- Nights are split at midnight. Sleep that starts Thursday and ends Friday is filed on both days, automatically.
- Short gaps are filled. A gap of up to an hour and a half that you did not mention is logged as personal chores, so the day adds up. A long unexplained gap is left for you to fill.
- Routines stay routines. Sleep, exercise and meals are logged and stay active, with the next one scheduled. A one-off task is closed when you say it is done.
- The day you meant. Everything lands on the right date in your timezone — even “last Friday”.
Spoken to Jarvis: Worked on the pitch deck from 2 to 4 and it's done.
Jarvis records one time log, 2:00 – 4:00 pm on Pitch deck, and marks the task complete.
