Questions
- What is Jarvis from Zcalo?
- An AI planner for work and life. It keeps your focus areas, tasks and routines, ranks your day with the Eisenhower matrix, times your focus with Pomodoro, logs your time (even by voice) and nudges you before important things slip.
- Who makes Jarvis?
- Zcalo, a product of Ceegees Software Solutions. Jarvis was previously called FocuzWiz.
- Which platforms does Jarvis run on?
- The web and iPhone today. Android and a Chrome side panel are coming soon.
- How much does Jarvis cost?
- It is free to start with 50,000 AI credits. Non-AI features are free; extra credits cost $1 per 50,000 and never expire. There is no subscription.
- Does Jarvis have an Eisenhower matrix?
- Yes. Every task has important and urgent flags, there is a matrix view, and the ranked day uses the flags.
- Does Jarvis have a Pomodoro timer?
- Yes, on the web and iPhone: 25 minutes of focus, 5-minute breaks, a 15-minute break after four. Only focus time is logged. On iPhone it shows on the lock screen.
- Can Jarvis track my time automatically?
- It logs time from the timer and from what you tell it, by voice or text. It does not watch your screen or apps.
- Does Jarvis connect to my calendar?
- Not yet. Calendar sync is planned.
- Does Jarvis integrate with GitHub, GitLab or Jira?
- Connectors for all three are coming soon.
- Can someone else see my progress?
- Only if you invite them. You can invite a mentor, coach or manager to follow one focus area; they see progress, not your whole account.
- Is my data private?
- Your tasks and logs are used to run Jarvis for you. Voice recording asks for consent, connection keys are encrypted, and everything Jarvis creates waits for your approval.
- Does Jarvis have a Kanban board?
- No. Jarvis is built around a ranked day and focus areas rather than boards.
