Use cases

Do deep work, and know that you did

Deep work needs three things: knowing what matters, protected time to do it, and an honest look back. Jarvis gives you each — a ranked day, a Pomodoro timer and a week of real time logs.

Choose the one thing

The ranked day puts the important work first and says why. The Eisenhower flags keep the important-but-not-urgent work in view before it turns into a deadline.

Protect the time

Start the task and switch to Pomodoro. The timer runs on every web page and on your iPhone lock screen; only focus time is logged.

Look back honestly

Entries and hours against the week before, your logging streak, and the share of the week each focus area got. The numbers come from what you logged, not from estimates.

Questions

How is Jarvis different from a plain focus timer?
The timer is attached to your tasks: it knows what you are focusing on, logs the focus time to that task, and feeds the weekly view.
